  1. Create a Stripe account at stripe.com
  2. Create products and prices in the Stripe Dashboard
  3. Add STRIPE_SECRET_KEY, NEXT_PUBLIC_STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY, and price IDs to .env.local
  4. Uncomment the Stripe integration code in src/app/api/billing/route.ts
  5. Set up Stripe webhooks for subscription events
